We are dedicated to promoting cultural and global competency through international academic exchange and study abroad programs. We strive to provide our students the best opportunity possible of living and working in a diverse and rapidly changing global world. 

The Global Competency Consulting LLC will help college students
become a globally competent individual,
defined as:

A globally competent person is a global explorer
who has encountered a world of endless possibilities and is transformed into
a resilient and dynamic global leader.¹

A globally competent person should have the skills, knowledge and attitude
to work effectively in our increasingly interdependent world.²

A globally competent person should have the abilities
to communicate effectively across linguistic and cultural boundaries,
to see and understand the world from a perspective other than one’s own,
and
to understand and appreciate the diversity of societies and cultures.³
