REFUND REQUESTS
A full refund of tuition will be granted if a request for withdrawal is completed three business days prior to the first day of class. NO refunds will be made after the first class. Also, a bill will be issued if you register for a class but do not attend.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS
Courses are subject to cancellation if the minimum enrollment is not attained. In such cases, you will receive a full refund, and you will be notified through e-mail or by phone. Avoid showing up for a cancelled class by pre-registering.

BAD WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation for inclement weather, announcements will be made over KWWL station. When in doubt, call our toll free number at 1-(888)-668-7717.

CONFIRMATION POLICY
No confirmation will be sent. Report to classes selected unless otherwise notified.
